MTC System Requirements

The Mobile Transfer Client is supported on Android- or iOS-based mobile devices of varying resolutions.

  • MTC app downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App store; search for "globalscape.com"

  • Android 5.0 to 11

  • MTC is designed to be viewed in portrait mode on phones and tablets. If you rotate the device to landscape mode, some icons might be cut off on the edge of the iPhone 11 due to the bezel ("chin").

  • "Touch ID" is not available on MTC for Android devices
