Licensing Page

The Licensing page in the Web Admin Client allows EFT Server Administrators to view the registration and licensing status of all installed EFT modules. This page provides a centralized view of license types, expiration dates, registration status, and seat usage for each module across your EFT deployment.

NOTE: The Licensing page and the Licensing Status widget are only visible to EFT Server Administrators. All other defined EFT administrator roles will not see the widget or the Licensing page.

Licensing Status Widget

When you log in to the Web Admin Client as an EFT Server Administrator, a Licensing Status widget is displayed on the Overview (dashboard) page. This widget provides a quick summary of subscription modules approaching expiration:

  • Red — Number of modules expiring within 30 days.

  • Yellow — Number of modules expiring within 60 days.

  • Green — Number of modules expiring in more than 60 days.

Only subscription licensing details are displayed in the widget. The widget aggregates licensing data from all nodes in the cluster to provide consolidated counts.

Click the View Licensing Details link within the widget to navigate to the full Licensing page.

NOTE: Modules with a Retired license type are excluded from the widget counts.

Licensing Page Details

To access the Licensing page, click Licensing in the left-hand navigation panel.

The Licensing page displays a table with the following columns for each registered module:

Column Description
Module The name of the registered EFT module.
Status The current license status of the module. See License Status Values below.
License Type

The type of license applied to the module. See License Types below.

Registration Status The registration state of the module. See Registration Status Values below.
Expiration Date The expiration date of the license in MMM DD, YYYY format (e.g., Apr 15, 2026). For perpetual licenses, no expiration date is shown.
Days Remaining The number of days remaining on the license. Perpetual modules display Perpetual and are excluded from the day counter.
License Key The serial number used to register the module.
Seats The total number of seats for the key and the number of seats currently in use (e.g., Workspaces, Remote Agent). Displayed as used / total.

Node Selector

A node selector is available in the app bar (similar to the site selector). The licensing data displayed corresponds to the currently selected node. Switch between nodes to view licensing details for each node in your environment.

Important Notes

  • The Licensing page displays read-only information. Renewing or registering licenses is not supported from this page and must be done through the EFT Administration GUI (Help > Registration Wizard).

  • In clustered environments, review licensing data for each node individually using the node selector.

  • Perpetual license modules will not display expiration dates or remaining day counts, as they do not expire.
