Transfers Tab

The Transfers tab displays a record of all transfers through your servers. Additional visuals provide a summary of transfers over time and success/failure rates.

Export to CSV - allows you to export the page displayed or the entire dataset. Filter the view as needed before exporting.
Show / hide columns - Select the check boxes to choose which columns to hide or display
Sort columns by clicking on the column header

The widgets in the Transfers tab can sometimes be slow to appear. Insight will load all the data that belongs to the tab, and do any grouping and sorting in memory before sending it to the web frontend. Having more data to display will slow it down. You can reduce the amount of data to display by using filters. For example, add a Started filter with a custom range:

The filter above would only display transfers that were started between 5/7/2019 at 1000 AM and 5/7/2019 at 1130 AM.

You can filter the Transfers view by:

Completed Date
Destination IP
Destination Path
Destination Port
Direction (upload, download, pull, push)
Elapsed Time
Event Rule

File Name
Name (Initiating username or Event Rule name)
Protocol
Server name

Site name
Size

Source IP
Source Port
Started Date
Status (Succeeded, Failed)
Status Code (click on the code to see details)
Transaction ID
