Follow the instructions below to upgrade, repair, or remove Insight.
If this upgrade order is not followed, the AWE task historical data will not be pulled over.

To upgrade Insight
Run the new installer and click Accept on the license agreement page. The Welcome page appears.
Click Upgrade, then click Next. Installation (upgrade) is completed.
Click Next, then click Finish to close the installer.
Run the same installer that you used to install Insight.
On the license agreement page, click Accept. The Welcome page appears.
Click Repair, then click Next.
After the repair is complete, click Next, then click Finish.
Run the Insight installer and Accept the license agreement.
Click Remove, then click Next.
Click Uninstall.
Click Yes, if you want to restart now; click No if you want to restart later.
In the Windows Control Panel, click Program and Features.
Scroll down the list of programs and features, click Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (64-bit), click Uninstall.
In the wizard that appears, click Remove.
Under EFTINSIGHT, select Database Engine Services.
On the Ready to Remove page of the wizard, click Remove. Wait—this takes a few minutes. Eventually a Complete screen will be displayed.
Reboot the computer to ensure all files that need to be deleted are removed from the system.
Log back in to the system and then remove the SQLEXPR folder found under the "C:\Program Files (x86)" folder.
