Client Management Dashboard

The Client Management page displays information about Outlook Add-In clients that are currently connected to Mail Express. You can search by IP Address (the default) or username, and wildcards (?, *) are supported. Only active clients who are using a Client Access License are displayed.

To search for a user

  1. On the Mail Express Status page, in the Current Activity row, click Licenses in use.

    The Client Management page appears.

  2. Click the Search By list to specify whether you want to search by IP Address or Username, then provide the IP address or username in the text box. You can use wildcard characters as described on the Client Management page. Searches are not case sensitive.

  3. Select the Include expired clients check box if you want the search results to include user accounts that have expired.

  4. Click Search. The page updates with the list of users/IP addresses found.

  5. Click the up/down arrows on a column to sort by that column.
