System Requirements

Read this information completely before you install HelpSystems One on your Linux servers.

  • If there are any firewalls between your PC and the server, verify that your profile has access to the PC.
  • Your network must be configured and working using TCP/IP configuration.
  • Installation on an Active Directory server is not supported.
  • Products used by HelpSystems One should not be installed on the same server as HelpSystems One.

HelpSystems One Server Requirements

To install HelpSystems One, your server must meet the following requirements.

Supported Operating Systems:
  • RedHat Enterprise/Centos 7 and 8 (Amazon Linux 2 supported)
    • X86_64
Minimum Hardware Requirements:
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 4 CPU
Default Ports

The following ports are used to integrate with the HelpSystems One interface. The database port is 5432.

  • Core Application 3030

  • Messaging Service 3050

  • PostgreSQL 5432

  • Dashboards and Analytics 9001

Web Browser Requirements

HelpSystems HelpSystems One is compatible with the latest versions of these browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

Mobile-Based Browsers:

  • Safari or Chrome on iOS 11 or higher
  • Chrome on Android OS 4.4 or higher

Other browsers and browser versions may work, but be aware that features in HelpSystems One might not load correctly.
