Product Connections
Product connections provide the link between Insite and installations of Vityl IT & Business Monitoring Powertech Event Manager.
At least one product connection to an instance of Vityl IT & Business Monitoring Powertech Event Manager must exist in order for Vityl IT & Business Monitoring Powertech Event Manager to be available within Insite.
In addition, Insite product connections can be made to the following products:
- Access Authenticator
- Authority Broker
- Automate Ops Console
- Automate Schedule Ops Console
- Crypto Complete
- Deployment Manager
- GoAnywhere MFT
- Insite Analytics
- Network Security
- Password Self Help
- Powertech Network Security
- Robot Network
- Robot Schedule
- Vityl IT & Business Monitoring
- Webdocs for IBM i
Before you can begin using the above modules, you have to create connections between Insite and your IBM i, Automate Enterprise, and Vityl IT & Business Monitoring Powertech Event Manager servers that have those products installed on them. You do that from the Product Connections page.

In the Navigation Pane, Settings, click Product Connections. If the menu is hidden, click

This page shows which connections have been made between Insite and your IBM i, Automate Enterprise and Vityl IT & Business Monitoring Powertech Event Manager servers. For each connected system, you can see which products are installed on it. You can also connect and disconnect the servers via this page.
