Product Connections

NOTE: Only a user with administration permissions can access this page.

Getting There: In the Navigation Panel, clicktap Products under Settings. If the menu is hidden, clicktap The Settings icon..

Currently, Insite has modules available for the following products:

  • Automate Ops Console
  • Automate Schedule Ops Console
  • Deployment Manager
  • Event Manager
  • Insite Analytics
  • Insite Watch List
  • Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Network Security
  • Password Self Help
  • Robot Console
  • Robot Network
  • Robot Reports
  • Robot Schedule
  • Vityl IT & Business Monitoring

However, before you can begin using the above modules, you have to create connections between Insite and the servers that have those products installed on them. You do that from the Products page.

This page shows which connections have been made between Insite and the systems where your products are installed. You can also connect and disconnect the servers via this page.

Sorting and Searching Your Products View

There are settings for the Product Connections page that allow you to choose how to sort the list and decide what data will be searched.

  1. ClickTap The Settings button. Settings.

  2. Select how to sort the list of connections (Sort By). ClickTap your selection again to change the sort order to The icon used to sort in ascending order. ascending or The icon used to sort in descending order. descending.

  3. Select what you want to use when searching for connections. You can choose to Search All Fields, or to search by Address, Alias, or User Name.

  4. ClickTap The Settings button.Settings to close the settings.
