Holding and Releasing Jobs
You can hold or release jobs and their associated spooled files from the Active Jobs page in Robot Network. Use the Hold override code to keep the job from running. The job won't run until after you remove the override.
-
ClickTap Show Actions for the job and select Hold.
-
If this is an active job, you're asked if you also want to hold all the spooled files (the default setting). Check the box to do so, though this doesn't prevent them from printing.
-
ClickTap Hold.
-
Refresh the page to see the change in status.
-
ClickTap Show Actions for the job and select Release.
-
Refresh the page to see the change in status.
