Switch Profile

A user profile to which a system user can switch for the purposes of changing their current job user and authority. Switch Profiles allow you to specify an alternate authority for a user (or group profile) for particular transaction types. When you specify ‘*SWITCH’, you will cause the transaction to run under another’s profile. (*SWITCH authority is different from adopting authority; Adopted authority is cumulative, Swapped authority is exclusive.)
