Endpoint Details Drawer
The Endpoint Details Drawer allows you to see the details of the endpoint, add groups, edit modules, and collect logs.
Fields
Status
The status of the endpoint: connected, disconnected, pending, or unknown.
OS Type
The operating system of the endpoint.
Module/Status
The module assigned to the endpoint, along with its capability and status. The endpoint inherits its module from the group it is assigned to, unless overridden using the Edit Endpoint Module page.
The possible module statuses are: Healthy, Pending Install, Installing, Unmanaged Install, Failed Install, Error, and Reboot Pending.

Retry Install
If the Module status is 'Failed Install', click 
next to the status and select Retry Install to retry the install of the module.

Collects all of the log into a logfiles.zip file. This option is available regardless of the endpoint status. While the collect is in progress, this option cannot be clicked.
Logs Requested/Status
Shows when the "Collect Logs" was run and the status of the logs. If the logs were successfully collected, under 'Status' there is an option to download the logs. The logfiles.zip will be downloaded for you to view.
Groups
The groups that this endpoint is assigned to.
Agent Details > Last Status Update
The last time this endpoint communicated with platform.
Agent Details > Agent Version
The version of the Fortra Agent that is installed on this endpoint.
Modules
The module and version that is assigned to the endpoint.
Click the trash button to delete the endpoint. Connected endpoints cannot be deleted.
