Secure Collaboration (Vera)

Version 3.25.3

May 2026

Enhancements
  • Infinispan Upgrade Support v13 to v16 - Vera SaaS

    • This release introduces support for upgrading Vera on-premises connector clusters from Infinispan v13 (used in versions 3.24.*, 3.25.0, and 3.25.1) to Infinispan v16 (used in version 3.25.2 and later).

  • Vera Add-In for the Microsoft New Outlook - Windows Client

    • Secure Collaboration (Vera) now supports the Vera Add-In for the Microsoft New Outlook on Windows, using a JavaScript-based add-in.

  • Advanced Access Control: Copy/Paste and Print Policy Support - Mac Client

    • Secure Collaboration (Vera) now supports copy/paste and print policy controls for files protected by Advanced Access Control on macOS.

Fixes
  • Vera SaaS

    • Fixed an issue where the Vera OVA connector on Rocky Linux could fail to start or complete installation when a proxy was configured. This occurred because some outbound requests (such as package downloads) did not honor the proxy settings. The OVA setup flow has been updated to prompt for proxy configuration earlier in the process, ensuring all external calls correctly use the configured proxy.

Additional upgrade note:

NOTE: For on-premises connectors deployed using earlier OVA versions, a post-deployment script must be run prior to upgrade. Previous OVA versions included hard-coded Vera version prefixes (for example, 3.24), which can interfere with upgrades to newer versions (such as 3.25.0 and later). Running this script updates those values to ensure a successful upgrade.

Security Awareness Training

Version: 1.126.3

May 28, 2026

Fixes
  • The portal Login and Logout endpoints in SSO-enabled environments redirected users to a generic SSO error page, preventing proper login and logout. This issue has been fixed, and sessions now terminate correctly with users redirected to the IdP login page as expected.

  • The User Interface Course Title column in the course list displayed the administrator course title instead of the configured UI title, causing inconsistency between course settings and the list view. This issue has been fixed, and the correct UI title is now displayed. If the selected UI language is not available, the default course language is shown.

  • The Phishing Dashboard did not load when accessed from the Simulation List menu, resulting in a blank page and blocking access to simulation data. This issue has been fixed, and the dashboard now loads correctly from the menu.

Version: 1.126.1

May 20, 2026

Fixes
  • Phishing email templates could not be updated after a test email was sent from the Test Center, causing errors when administrators tried to save changes. This issue has been fixed, and templates can now be edited and saved without issues after testing.

  • The system incorrectly blocked users from launching simulations even when a valid license was available, preventing simulations from being started as expected. This issue has been fixed, and simulations can now be launched correctly when a valid license covers the scheduled delivery date.

Version: 1.126.2

May 15, 2026

Fixes
  • The Phishing Dashboard was slow and could freeze when loading large simulations, causing an unresponsive UI or error message. This issue has been fixed, and the dashboard now loads faster and remains responsive.
