When decoding Distribution List Members List attributes, MasterKeyPlus does not recognise 'X400:' and 'X400:/#X500:' prefixes to specify email addresses or Distinguished Names. Additionally, when the requested attributes for the Members List and Submit Permissions are not specified to be binary attributes, if the returned attributes are still asn.1 encoded, they are not decoded.
