Added support for the Ultra Plus product edition in licenses. This update is for customers who want to configure NATO STANAG settings in DCS Policy Manager.
NOTE: DCS Policy Manager will support the Ultra plus product edition starting with its 5.4 release. - To improve DCS One performance, scalability, and client-side content delivery, DCS Services Layer now supports Cache-Control response headers. The cache lifetime is configurable. For more information, see the DCS Services Layer Deployment Guide.
