Printer
Description
The Printer action can optimize your printing resources and print your documents when they are required, not necessarily when they are generated. It includes activities that can automate print jobs across various print queues, change the default printer or remove a specific printer on the fly. It also contains an activity that can retrieve the current status and other key details about a local or network printer so you can better manage which printers and at what time print jobs should take place.
