Create a Mail Policy Route?
- Click Policy > Mail Policy Routes.
- Click
New. The Modify Policy Route page is displayed.
- Edit the Overview information by clicking Click here to change these settings. You can add a Name and any relevant Notes to identify your new policy route. Click Save.

In the For Mail Sent section, click New to define the From and To endpoints. The Add Route Selector dialog is displayed. Select the address lists for your From and To endpoints from the available options and click Add.
You can select an address list from the available options or use the Task Panel to create a new address list if required.
You can add multiple route selectors if required.

Specify the Encryption or Decryption delivery actions.

- Configure the default Disposal Action using the By Default Perform This Disposal Action section. Select an action from the drop-down list and click Save.

Apply content rules to the policy route. In the Unless One of These Content Rules Triggers section, click
New to add a Content Rule.
Content rules are processed in the order they appear on the route. To change the priority of a content rule, select the rule and use the and
buttons to move its position.
