Track Messages

Using the Track Messages feature, you can search for messages that have recently been processed by Secure Email Gateway. From the search results, you can track the history of each message, viewing the details of each processing event performed on the message, including delivery, rejections, encryption splits, and re-directions.

Why I might need to track a message

The ability to track a message could be critical for users who are expecting emails that have not been delivered. Tracking a message might help you to discover when and why a message was held, and in which message area. You can display the complete history of a message as it interacted with the Gateway.
