Tracking And Report Settings

You can use the Tracking And Report Settings page to configure the way Secure Email Gateway records and stores message data.

When enabled, recorded date is used:

To use message tracking and reports, your Secure Email Gateway needs to be configured to record the data used by these features.

  1. Navigate to System > Gateway Settings > Tracking and Report Settings. The Tracking and Report Settings page is displayed.
  2. In the Recording Data panel, click Click here to change these settings.
  3. Select the Enable recording of data for use in message tracking and reports check box.
  4. Click Save.

How do I...

 
  • The current size of the report database is shown at the top of the page.

  • If you change any configuration or policy settings, you must Apply Configuration for the new settings to take effect. You can do this either from the Changes Made panel, or System > ConfigurationApply Configuration. See Apply new configuration for more information.

  • If you use Peer Gateways (i.e. when multiple Gateways are peered), any configuration changes from a local Gateway can then be applied to all the peers at the same time. See Configure Peer Gateways for more information.
