Configure Greylist settings
You can temporarily reject messages from unrecognized senders, only accepting them if they are resent within a specified time period.
Enable or disable Greylisting

Navigate to Policy > Manage Policy Definition > SpamLogic Settings. The SpamLogic Settings page is displayed.

Select the Spam Policy tab.

In the Spam Policy panel, click Click here to change these settings.

From the drop-down menu of Greylisting, select:

Enabled
-
Disabled
-
-
Click Save.
