Configure TRUSTmanager settings
Specify the actions to take, based on TRUSTmanager reputations.
Bypass spam checks for messages from SMTP hosts that have good reputations
- Navigate to Policy > Manage Policy Definition > SpamLogic Settings. The SpamLogic Settings page is displayed.
- Select the Spam Policy tab.
- In the Spam Policy panel, click Click here to change these settings.
- From the drop-down menu of If Reputation Good, select Bypass spam checks.
- Click Save.
Specify the action TRUSTmanager takes on messages from SMTP hosts that have bad reputations

Navigate to Policy > Manage Policy Definition > SpamLogic Settings. The SpamLogic Settings page is displayed.

Select the Spam Policy tab.

In the Spam Policy panel, click Click here to change these settings.

From the drop-down menu of If Reputation Bad, select:

Disabled
-
Hold in area
-
Reject
-
Add Info & Deliver
-
Hold, Add Info & Deliver.
If you select an option that contains Hold, a message will be held in a message area specified in the Hold Junk Email in Message Area panel on the SpamLogic Settings page. -

Click Save.
