System Logs

The Secure ICAP Gateway logs enable you to investigate events or problems, or to view a history of previous events.

View the logs

  1. Navigate to System > Monitoring & Control > Logs & Alarms.
  2. Select the System Logs tab. A list of logs are displayed in the Available Logs. Scroll down and expand the list to find a log you want to view.
  3. Select the log. The first few lines of the log are displayed in the Preview Of Selected Log.
  4. To view the entire log in a separate browser window, select it and click View. You can also view the entire log by clicking View the selected log in the task panel.
 

To email a log, select it and click Mail the selected log in the task panel.
