Create a policy route
You can create a policy route to extend your content security policy. Policy routes determine how your policy is applied to your network. For example, in Secure ICAP Gateway, you might want to prevent all users within your organization from accessing 'Security Risk' sites. In this case, you require a Web Policy Route which connects 'Everyone' to 'Security Risk' with the default action, 'Block'.

Create a Web Policy Route?
- Click Policy > Web Policy Routes.
- Click
New. The Add a New Route dialog box displays a selection of types of policy route. - Select Web and click Add. The Modify Policy Route page is displayed.
- Edit the Overview information by clicking Click here to change these settings. You can add a Name and any relevant Notes to identify your new policy route. Click Save.

In the Traffic section, click New to define the To and From endpoints. The Add Route Selector dialog is displayed. Select the user or machine list(s) for your To endpoint(s) and the Internet Zones for your From endpoint(s) from the available options and click Add.
You can create a new machine list, user name list or Internet Zone using the options in the Task Panel.
You can add multiple route selectors if required.
- Configure the default action using the By Default Perform This Action section. Select an action from the drop-down list and click Save.

Apply content rules to the policy route. In the Unless One of These Content Rules Triggers section, click
New to add a content rule.Content rules are processed in the order they appear on the route. To change the priority of a content rule, select the rule and use the
