Cache Diagnostics
The cache supports the following diagnostics:
- X-header debugging
- Cache statistics
Tell me about...
-
X-header debugging
When x-header debugging is enabled, x-headers will be added in the responses sent back to the client which describe the logic that occurred.
-
Cache statistics
When Log cache events is enabled, cache statistics are written to the Clearswift Web Proxy Events log file. You can specify how often the cache statistics are written to the log file. You can also define whether basic information, for example, number of locks, hits and misses, or detailed information, for example, individual lock information, is included.
-
Detailed cache logging
When the Cache events specialized logging feature is enabled in the Proxy Log Level, the cache will write detailed information to the Clearswift Web Proxy Events log file, including all the logic decisions concerning serving and caching items.
