Divide and link a page
CuteSITE Builder can divide a page into two pages and either create a basic link between the two pages or place the second page in a sequence. You can also divide a page and create a second page that is not linked and not in a sequence.
Divide a page and create a link to the new page
In the page area,
right-click where you want the break to occur and choose Break Page >
Create Linked Page.
CuteSITE Builder creates a new page and places all text after the spot where you right-clicked on the new page. If you are at the end of a page, CuteSITE Builder adds an empty page. On the original page, CuteSITE Builder creates a basic link to the page. The text of the basic link is more.
Divide a page and add the new page to a sequence
In the page area,
right-click where you want the break to occur and choose Break Page >
Add to Sequence.
CuteSITE Builder creates a new page in the sequence and places all text after the spot where you right-clicked on the new page. If you are at the end of a page, CuteSITE Builder adds an empty page. If the original page is not currently in a sequence, CuteSITE Builder creates a sequence and adds both pages to it.
Notes
You can also use click the icon on the Standard
toolbar or choose options on the menu at Edit
> Break Page to divide and link pages.
The text of the more link can be edited as you would edit any other basic link. Or, you can delete the link and replace it with either a field link or a navigation link.
You can also display two pages at the same time.
