Set the size of a border
You can set either a fixed size for a border or set a size based on the size of the current window. If you set a fixed size, the border is always the same size. If you set a size based on window size, the border size changes as the window size changes, within limits you set.
1. Right-click the border and choose Properties.
2. Under Border Height or Border Width, select the Fixed Size option to set a specific size for the border.
OR
Select the Based on Window Size option to have CuteSITE Builder size the border based on the current window size.
3. If you selected Fixed Size, specify an ideal height or width in pixels. You can specify a size from 0 to 2000 pixels.
4. If you selected Based on Window Size, specify an ideal height or width and a minimum height or width in pixels. You can specify a size from 0 to 2000 pixels for each option.
The ideal height or width is the largest size for the border, which will be displayed if the current window can accommodate it. The minimum height or width is the size the border will not shrink below even if the window continues to shrink.
Notes
When the page area is active, you can also choose Format > Page Area or Edit > Properties > Page > Page Area to set the properties for each individual border.
As you work in a Border Properties dialog box, you can click Apply to save and see the effect of your current changes without closing the dialog box. Moving to another tab is the same as clicking Apply.
Border priority determines how CuteSITE Builder allocates space if two or more borders have sizes greater than the current window can accommodate. Border priority also determines how CuteSITE Builder displays borders that meet. Right-click the page in the map and choose Properties > Page Area to set border priority.
