Select a picture in the map

Click the picture.

Selected pictures in the map have handles by which you can resize them.

Select a picture inserted in text within a page area

Left-click on the picture.

OR

Press and hold the left mouse button and drag over the picture.

OR

Move the cursor to the beginning of the picture, press and hold Shift, and press the right arrow key.

Selected pictures in the page area have a thin outline around their edges.

Notes

n   You can use commands on the Edit menu or right-click menu to cut or copy a picture you have selected.

n   You can move a picture by selecting it and then dragging it to its new location, just as you would with text being dragged within a page area or from one page area to another. To copy the picture instead, press and hold the Ctrl key as you drag the picture.

n   You can also insert pictures as links.
