Adjust Web site options
You can use the Web Site Options dialog to change the way your site is published. To do so, choose File > Publish Web Site and then click Options.
Adjust your Web site’s home page
On the Site Navigation tab, you can choose which page will be used as the home page of your site. Click Browse to choose from a list of all the pages in the site.
Export your Web site with or without frames
CuteSITE Builder typically publishes a Web site with frames; however, you can publish a site without frames. To do this, on the Site Navigation tab, remove the checkmark from Use HTML Frames. Note that if you choose to publish the map with your site, the map is always published in a frame.
Publish your site with a CuteSITE Builder map, so your visitors can use the map to navigate
On the Site Navigation tab, click Export with a CuteSITE Builder Map. Once you do this, your site’s visitors will be able to use the CuteSITE Builder map to navigate.
If you have multiple sites to publish to, choose the current one
If you have multiple sites with the current Web hosting company, you can use the Web Site Name drop-down on the Host Setup tab list to choose one.
Notes
All templates have a designated home page; new files have only one page, which is the home page by default. If you delete the home page, you will be prompted to choose a new home page the next time you preview or publish.
If you choose not to use HTML frames, the Web site file is published as a table, and the borders and the page area are the table cells. To see the difference between publishing your Web site with and without frames, preview it with the Use HTML Frames option selected and then not selected.
You can publish to only one site at a time. Before you publish to another site, first open the appropriate CuteSITE Builder file, choose File > Publish Web Site, click Options, and then click the Host Setup tab and choose the site.
Each CuteSITE Builder map is published in a frame, next to your site’s pages. It will be exactly the same shape and size as it is in your CuteSITE Builder file. Before you publish a map, adjust its size and appearance so it is exactly as you intend. Preview lets you adjust the map (as well as the pages) to your satisfaction before publishing.
