Transferring files in order

You can see the order in which queued items will transfer at the left end of the Queue pane. The numbers in the column indicate the order of transfer.  By default, files will transfer in the same order that you added them to the queue.

To transfer items in a specific order

1. Drag transfer items to the queue.

2. Right-click in the Queue pane.

3. Choose Transfer All. CuteFTP Pro will transfer the files in order by the numbers in the left most column of the queue.

To set the transfer order

1. Move transfer items to the Queue pane.

2. Click the pound sign (#) column header to sort the items by their transfer order.

3. Right-click an item in the queue.

4. Choose Change Order.

5. Click Move to Top to transfer the highlighted item first.

Or

• Click Move to Bottom to transfer the highlighted item last.

Or

• Click Move Up One to transfer the highlighted item before the previous item in the queue.

Or

• Click Move Down One to transfer the highlighted item after the following item in the queue.

Tip

After clicking the pound sign, you can change an items place in the transfer order by clicking and dragging the item up or down in the queue as well.
