Changing the User Database Refresh Rate

When you define the Server, you specify the refresh rate for all Sites that connect to that Server. You can change the refresh rate at the Site level.

To change the refresh rate

1. In EFT Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.

2. In the left pane, click the Site you want to configure.

3. In the right pane, click the Site Options tab.
   
   

4. Next to the Authentication method box, click Configure. The Authentication Provider Options dialog box appears.
   
   

5. Select the Enable Automatic Refresh check box and specify the frequency with which to refresh the user list from the authentication database, then click OK.

6. Click Apply to save the changes on EFT Server.
