When you delete a virtual folder (Similar to a shortcut, a virtual folder points to an existing folder on your computer or another system.), you merely delete a pointer, not the actual folder it references.
To delete a virtual folder
In EFT Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.
In the left pane, right-click the folder you want to delete, then click Delete Folder. A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes.
