Setting Maximum Transfer Speeds for a User

You can control a user's maximum transfer speeds at the Site level, User Setting level, and per user.

The Site level sets the limits of the user and User Setting Levels.

To configure maximum transfer speeds at the User and User Setting levels

  1. In EFT Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.

  2. In the left pane, click the user or User Setting Level that you want to configure.

  3. In the right pane, click the Quota tab.

  4. Select the Max transfer speed check box, then specify the maximum transfer speed (in Kilobytes per second) the user is allowed.

  5. Click Apply to save the changes on EFT Server.
