Configuring an AS2 Outbound Proxy

If you need to configure a proxy server for outbound AS2 transmissions, the option is available on the AS2 Outbound  tab.

To configure an outbound proxy

1. In EFT Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server  tab.

2. In the left pane, click the user (trading partner) you want to configure.

3. In the right pane, click the AS2 Outbound tab.

4. Click Proxy. The Proxy Settings dialog box appears.

5. Select the Use proxy settings below when connecting to remote host check box. The Proxy type options become available.

6. Click Use EFT's DMZ gateway as the proxy or HTTP proxy.

7. If you clicked HTTP proxy, specify the Host name, Port, Username, and Password.

8. Click OK  to save the settings and return to the AS2 Outbound tab.

9. Click Apply.
