AS2 connections must be configured on the Site before you can enable AS2 connections for a specific user account.
To allow AS2 connections for Settings Templates or user accounts
In the EFT Server administration interface, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.
In the left pane, click the user account that you want to configure.
In the right pane, click the Connections tab.
In the Protocols area, select the AS2 check box.
Click AS2 Inbound to configure inbound connections; click AS2 Outbound to configure outbound connections.
Click Apply to save the changes on EFT Server.
