EFT does not allow removal of the system-created folders Bin, Pub, and Usr, because user folders are saved in these folders.
When you delete a virtual folder, you merely delete a pointer, not the actual folder it references.

To delete a virtual folder
In the administration interface, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.
In the left pane, right-click the folder you want to delete, then click Delete Folder. A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes.
