Deleting a Group does not delete the users assigned to that Group (Allows the administrator to define access permissions to files and folders. Just as Settings Templates control access to EFT Server resources such as bandwidth allowances and connectivity privileges, Groups control access to folders. See virtual folders.). You cannot delete the All Users Group.
To delete a group
In the Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.
In the left pane, click the Group node.
Do one of the following:
Expand the Group node, click the Group you want to delete, then click the Delete icon or press Delete on the keyboard.
In the right pane, click the Group that you want to delete, then click Remove.
A confirmation prompt appears.
Click Yes. The users in the deleted Group retain membership in any other of their assigned Groups and the All Users Group.
