Editing Reports

You can use the report designer to edit reports, change a layout, or redefine the data criteria.

To edit a report

  1. In the Administrator, connect to the server, then click the Reports tab. You should be connected to the reports database.

  2. In the left pane, click a report.

  3. In the right pane, on the bottom toolbar, click Edit Report.

  4. The ComponentOne custom report designer displays. Edit and build the report as desired, then save it and return to the Administrator.

  5. Query, filter, and run the report as before. Verify that your changes appear as desired.
