Deleting an Administrator Account

In the normal course of EFT Arcus operations, server-level functions are handled by Globalscape Support. In the case of an EFT Arcus administrator no longer needing access to EFT Arcus, you can delete their administrator account using the Arcus Management Template.

To delete an administrator account

1. In the WTC, log in as an Arcus Management Template administrator user.

2. In the AdminUser folder, upload the disable-admin.json file, in the format:

   {"AdminUser":"adminUsername"}

3. Where "adminUsername" is the username of the administrator that you want to remove.
