Description: Retrieves a list of audit logs for a site collection and populates a dataset with results.

This activity is only supported on SharePoint 2013 Server. Before users administrators can create, edit, delete, and view data they must be granted SharePoint permissions.

Practical Usage

Used to retrieve audit logs for reporting purposes or to perform other SharePoint activities on them. Knowing who is taking what action on which content in your site collection can be critical in helping your organization fulfill its requirements, such as meeting regulatory compliance and records management.
