Val Function

Syntax:

Val(S$)

Description: 

Returns the value of the S$.

Parameters:

Parameter	Description
S$	Return the numeric value for this string value. A string value begins with &O is an octal number. A string value begins with &H is a hex number. Otherwise it is decimal number.
