EFT COM API

You can interact directly with EFT from your own custom applications using any COM-enabled programming language such as Visual Basic (VB), Java, or C++. You can create a script with the development IDE of your choice. To create a new script file, you must be familiar with programming concepts and should have experience with COM-enabled programming languages.

The COM API help can be found in the Globalscape online help documentation.

IMPORTANT: The COM API is no longer being updated. Please refer to the REST API documentation, which contains most if not all of the COM API features, with more being added in each new version of EFT. You can use the REST API in PowerShell in the Script: PowerShell Action in EFT Event Rules.
