Logging

The Logging page lists the items that have been logged in the HelpSystems One related log files on your server.

How to get there

In the Navigation Bar, under Settings click Diagnostics and Logging. Then click the Logs tab.

Options

• Click Refresh to refresh the display.

• Click Clear Log to clear the logs within the log file you are viewing.

• Click Download Logs to download all log files to your local machine.

• Click Choose Log and select which log to view from the dropdown.

• Click Log Settings to change the Log Settings.
