Edit Requests

Follow the steps below to edit an API request.

Steps

1. Select an API from the WS APIs list.

2. Click on a request or select Edit from the Actions menu .

   The Edit Request screen displays.

   

3. Make changes to the Request itself (URL), or modify how data is transformed from JSON. Press the Test button to see changes made to the request.
4. Optional: To edit the request attributes (the initial settings entered when the request was first created), press the Edit button at the top of the editor screen. In the Edit Request panel that displays you can make quick changes to the name, description, edit rights and Share With settings and so on. See Options (WS API Request Attributes) for more information about the items in this panel.
