Consolidator tab

The Consolidator tab on the Consolidator Properties window displays the following information about Powertech Compliance Monitor for IBM i and the Consolidator system:

  • Powertech Compliance Monitor for IBM i version
  • Powertech Compliance Monitor for IBM i build date
  • Consolidator system name
  • Consolidator system OS level
  • Total auxiliary storage
  • System serial number
  • System model number
  • Processor feature code
  • Database information:
    • Driver
    • Location [URL]
    • Library name
    • Database user
    • Database password

How to Get There

Right-click the Consolidator and choose Properties. The Consolidator tab is already selected.

 

The above information on the Consolidator tab is information-only and cannot be changed.

DB User • DB Password: These are optional fields that allow you to enter a user name and password.

Use TLS: Check this box to use a secure TLS connection to the Endpoint.

NOTE: In order to use TLS security to encrypt an IBM i Product Connection you must first configure a digital certificate, which contains the server's public encryption key. See Securing a Connection.
