Scorecard Rows for Profile Scorecards
Use the Scorecard Rows window to specify the rows you want to appear on your Scorecard. The default rows if you are copying a predefined Profile Scorecard appear in the Rows list. A new Profile Scorecard has no rows defined.
To define Scorecard rows, do the following:
- New/Remove: To add a row, click New and enter a row name in the Description field. To remove a row, select the row name in the Rows list and click Remove.
- Use the Up and Down buttons to rearrange the order in which the rows appear on the Scorecard. Use the Add Separator button to insert a separator line (blank row) in the Scorecard.
For each row, specify the following options:
- Points: You can specify a point value for the row. Powertech Compliance Monitor for IBM i does not use the point value in evaluating the compliance rating, but you might find it useful as an internal comparison of the relative importance of the areas being evaluated. Select the number of points to assign from the drop-down list.
- Severity: The Severity you specify appears on the Profile Scorecard to indicate the importance you've assigned to the profile row. You can select from the following Severity values: HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW.
- Pass/Fail Threshold: Specify one or both of the following:
- Count: Specify the maximum number of profiles allowed for the profile attribute being checked by the row. Powertech Compliance Monitor for IBM i applies the penalty (number of points) if the count exceeds this value.
- Percent: Specify the percentage of the number of profiles that determines the fail threshold. Powertech Compliance Monitor for IBM i applies the penalty (number of points) if the percent reaches this value.
- Show row on report: Specify if the row should appear on the Scorecard.
- Show on bar graph: Specify if the row should appear on the bar graph.
- Graph Label: If the row will appear on the bar graph, specify the label the row should have on the graph.
- Filters: A filter or set of filters (along with the other settings) define a row. You can use any existing filter or create a new filter. Click Select Filters to display the Filters window from which you can select from a list of defined filters. Note: These filters are the same filters that are used for reports. To remove a filter from a row, select the filter name and click Remove Selected.
Click Finish to save the Scorecard definition, or Back to return to the Scorecard Columns window.
