Installing or Updating Powertech Antivirus

This guide provides instructions for:

Powertech Antivirus

• A new, or upgrade of an existing installation of Powertech Antivirus Server.

• A migration from an existing installation of Powertech Antivirus on Insite.

• An installation, or upgrade, of Powertech Antivirus on Endpoints.

Fortra Application Hub

• New installation:

  • Download Fortra Application Hub. Instructions for installing, licensing, and configuring Fortra Application Hub are available on the Powertech Antivirus Downloads page. See the Fortra Application Hub Installation Instructions.

• Migrating from Insite to Fortra Application Hub:

  1. Perform a clean install of Fortra Application Hub.

  2. Complete the installation instructions as described in the following sections.

  3. Complete the Migrating from Powertech Antivirus for Insite instructions.
