Robot Console can now be viewed in your browser using HelpSystems Insite. New features of the web version include:
- An optimized display that is suitable for your desktop, laptop, and even mobile devices, such as tablets and phones.
- Customizable dashboards with a wide variety of widgets that allow you to create your own view into statuses, messages, resource monitors, and history
- A guest login that allows you to set up dashboards that are accessible to users who wouldn’t otherwise have access to Robot Console
- Resource Monitor Status that gives a view of all resource statuses with the options to hold, release, or check status. These can be sorted and filtered to show specific statuses.
- Messages that provide a history of all messages. From here, you are given the ability to view all details, reply, redirect, copy, escalate using Robot Alert, or suspend escalation.
