CuteFTP Server automatically starts and runs continuously as a Windows NT service. You can configure individual sites to start automatically on server start up or you can manually start sites while the server is running.
Start the Administrator Interface and connect to the server.
Click the Status tab in the lower left of the Administrator Interface.
In the left window, click the Server icon.
Click the Start or Stop button on the toolbar to start or stop all sites, or click the site you wish to start or stop to affect only one site.
