By default, users have FTP access on port 21. You can change the default port number to a different port number, and enable or disable FTP transfers at the Site, User Setting Level, or per user.
To configure FTP transfers at the Site
In EFT Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.
In the left pane, click the Site that you want to configure.
In the right pane, click the Connection Options tab.
Select the Enable FTP access on port check box. The default port number is 21.
Click Apply to save the changes on EFT Server.
