Configuring HTTP Transfers on the Site

You can enable or disable HTTP transfers at the Site, User Setting Level, or per user.

To enable HTTP transfers at the Site level

  1. In EFT Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.

  2. In the left pane, click the Site (In EFT Administrator, a Site is similar to a virtual FTP server bound to one or more IP addresses.) you want to configure.

  3. In the right pane, click the Connection Options tab.

  4. Select the Allow HTTP Transfers on Port check box. The default port number is 80.

  5. Click Apply to save the changes on EFT Server.

    For a user to access EFT Server using HTTP, Enable HTTP must be selected at the user or user setting level.
