You can move a user to a different User Setting Level. For example, if users in the Default Settings User Setting Level do not have access to the Web Transfer Client, and you want only a select group of users to have access to the Web Transfer Client, do the following;
Create a new User Settings Level and name it "Web Transfer Client."
Enable the client for all users in that User Setting Level.
Move the users from the Default Settings level to the Web Transfer Client level.
You can move only one user at a time, using drag and drop or the procedure below.
To move a user from one User Setting Level to another
In EFT Administrator, connect to EFT Server and click the Server tab.
If not already created, create the new User Setting Level.
Expand the node that contains the user you want to move, then click the user.
Do one of the following:
On the toolbar, click the Set User Settings Level icon .
On the main menu click Configuration > Set User Settings Level.
The Select User Setting Level dialog
box appears.
Click the down arrow to specify to which User Setting Level to move the user.
Click OK. The user moves to the new User Setting Level.
